A checklist for getting started. And a couple more for re-ordering.

To order a new coursepack:

1. Compile materials to be photocopied.
2. Complete copyright permissions form, or
3. Provide complete bibliography for copyrighted material.
4. Complete coursepack order form.

To re-order a coursepack with copyrights:

1. Review previous bibliography.
2. Note additions, deletions, and changes.
3. Complete copyright permissions form, or provide complete bibliography for any new copyrighted material.

To re-order a Coursepack without copyrights:

1. Review previous bibliography.
2. Complete coursepack order form, or
